Faro Flights from Southampton

If this does not offer you enough choice then it is worth considering flying from Bristol Airport to Faro who operates fights with easyJet, flythomascook, Thomson Flights and Ryanair or Bournemouth Airport also offers Ryanair.

Flights from Southampton Airport to the Algarve take just under three hours and Portugal is on the same time zone as the UK through the year so you do not need to change your clocks or watches.

When you arrive at Southampton Airport you will find the check in desks immediately in front of you when you walk into the terminal building. If you haven't had time to get your euros there are cash dispensers both before and after security and Currency Exchange which is before security.  Alternatively you can pre order your currency and pick it up at the airport

If you prefer to change your money when you arrive at Faro there are ATMs in the arrivals areas at Faro Airport, or Banco Totta e Açores is in the public area and open from 08:00-15:30 as well as CotaCurrency Exchange which is open from 07:00-23:00.
